This engagement is strictly limited to the Tax Investigation & Strategic Analysis phase and/or Emergency Collection Hold. This fee does not include the preparation of tax returns, filing of Offers in Compromise, or negotiation of Installment Agreements.
The Flat Fee for this service is considered earned upon receipt to reserve the Firm's availability and immediate administrative resources. It is not a deposit to be held in trust.
While the Firm will utilize all professional avenues to secure a Hold on Collections, the Client acknowledges that the IRS maintains final authority. The fee covers the professional service of representation and intervention, regardless of the specific IRS determination.
